SensAlg
A sensory knowledge base for increased consumption of Swedish macroalgae
With SensAlg, we aim to promote the consumption of domestically grown seaweed in Sweden by exploring the opportunities and challenges related to its sensory properties, including appearance, scent, taste, and texture. The project is a collaboration between Uppsala University, Chalmers University of Technology, University of Gothenburg, Axfoundation, Nordic Seafarm, FiskIdag, and VegMe.
